Facilities Manager


Facilities Manager - £40-45k + Company Car - Remote (home based) North London & Hertfordshire

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial and residential properties across 12 sites around North London Hertfordshire.

Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing a network of third party suppliers ensuring they are hitting SLA's and adhering to appropriate regulations.

The facilities manager will ideally have worked across multiple sites carrying out Health and Safety (H&S) inspections and be certified with either IOSH or NEBOSH or IWFM.

Key Responsibilities as a Facilities Manager:

  • Strong facilities management experience
  • Health and safety inspections
  • Overseeing works carried about by contractors are adhered to SLA's
  • Managing budgets
  • Property Inspections
  • IWFM (Institute of Workplace and Facilities) / IOSH / NEBOSH
  • Experience of working on multi-site facilities operations
  • 3rd Party supplier network
  • Flexibility to travel

Key Skills & Experience as a Facilities Manager:

  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Demonstrable success in maintaining and delivering outstanding services to clients
  • Experience of procuring and managing contracts
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety systems
  • IWFM (Institute of Workplace and Facilities) / IOSH / NEBOSH
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety systems
  • Knowledge of Property Management systems
  • Flexibility to travel
