Some of the main duties of the Administration Executive will include:
- Diary management
- Creating meeting packs
- Minute taking
- Onboarding new clients
- Creating presentations via Powerpoint
- Dealing with monthly reports
- Administration support by co-ordinating communications, management information, dashboards, the business planning process, travel etc
- Administrative support in a busy office environment is essential
- Research and analytical skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of MS tools
