Some of the main duties of the Administration Executive will include:

  • Diary management
  • Creating meeting packs
  • Minute taking
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Creating presentations via Powerpoint
  • Dealing with monthly reports
  • Administration support by co-ordinating communications, management information, dashboards, the business planning process, travel etc

Essential skills:

  • Administrative support in a busy office environment is essential
  • Research and analytical skills
