- References (we obtain a minimum of two references per candidate registered with us)

- Other positions they are applying to, making sure that this is the career path they are focused on
Due to understanding both our clients’ needs and candidates’ profiles it enables us to be very streamlined in our approach and only send circa three candidates per vacancy worked on a contingency search, saving internal teams and line managers a significant amount of time.
