After leaving school in 2006 with no idea where I wanted to be or what I wanted to do, I began work in the Motor Trade for one of the worlds largest high-end brands initially as a receptionist where I grew and developed my administrational skills, I moved around internally before securing another role working for one of the UKs leading airlines as a Contract Support Executive.
After 2 years, I decided to pursue a career that further developed my skills and was approached about a role here at Clearwater. I joined the team as a Contract Support Assistant in January 2012 and this is where my exciting, successful Clearwater journey began.
Over the course of 4 years I took on more and more responsibility; providing the company with comprehensive MI data and being responsible for all paperwork and compliance relating to contract and permanent placements made.
In October 2015 I received a promotion to Business Support Manager which gave me the opportunity me to make my own hire enabling me to focus on the MI and reporting for the business. I now oversee the workload and day to day running of the Clearwater Admin team whilst providing the Business with comprehensive MI/KPI reports. Having the support of our Contract Support Executive has ensured the best customer service is provided to both our candidates and clients. I am very much looking forward to another 5 successful and exciting years with the hope of expanding our already fantastic team further.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling, if I am ever out of the office, I am on a beach somewhere beautiful and hot!
