This Personal Assistant role is permanent, full time and will have exposure to the most senior individuals in the business and externally.
This role requires you to be onsite 3/4 days per week and have impeccable communications skills.
There are no 'out of hours' requirements or expectations for this role.
Key Responsibilities for the Personal Assistant:
- Supporting 3 senior executives of the business with all aspects of administration
- Focusing heavily on diary management, navigating many busy diaries for senior execs from an internal and external perspective
- Arranging complex meetings with the ability to prioritise and reschedule when necessary
- Creating meeting agendas, sending confirmation and communications to all parties
- Accurately taking meeting minutes and sharing any actions required to relevant parties following meetings and committees
- Inbox management
- Drafting document and preparing presentations as required
Key Skills for the Personal Assistant:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant supporting senior individuals
- Confident with communicating to all levels of seniority both internally and externally
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Extensive diary management experience
- Previous experience in a regulated background i.e. Financial Services, Government etc.
