IT Support Analyst, West Sussex, £12-£13 / hour, 3 months rolling Contract
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to kick start their career in the IT world. the ideal IT Support Analyst will be responsible for provided first line support for our client’s end-users.
The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for troubling Windows 10, however any Windows support would be considered for this role.

The Service Analyst is responsible for providing IT support to the end-user community for our client’s systems to ensure issues are resolved within SLA. You would be expected to resolve up to 60% of all issues and would be the first line of contact for our client’s helpdesk.  

Responsibilities:

•             Predominantly first line support for Tokyo Electron
•             Active Directory request – password, account set up etc
•             Support for Office 365 and Windows 2016
•             Look into reoccurring issues in order to prevent further cases of same event
•             Troubleshooting windows 10

Principal Accountabilities:

General
•             Efficient and effective communication to all customers and end users. 
•             All work requests to be tracked appropriately using the IT Service Management toolset. 

Service Desk
•             Provide a single point of contact for all Tokyo Electrons end users in relation to IT issues.
•             Investigate reoccurring issues in order to prevent further cases.
