IT Sales Executive

As a result of expansion an exciting opportunity has now arisen within a market leading client of ours for an IT Professional Services Sales Executive to join their team.

This is the ideal opportunity for a highly motivated and driven IT professional with new business sales experience to join our client during an exciting growth phase.

As an IT Professional Services Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our Microsoft Public and Hybrid Cloud solutions.  You will be generating new business opportunities in your own right but will also be called upon to support our existing account managers to expand their product offerings within their client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business through a variety of means (80% of the role)
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers
  • Managing the sales process through to completion
  • Supporting our account managers in their existing accounts

Essential:

  • B2B sales experience
  • A proven track record of IT sales and support especially within the (Microsoft) cloud environment
  • A track record of new business success
  • Proven ability to access and deal at “c” level within new business accounts

Additionally, as an IT Professional Services Sales Executive, you must have an excellent work ethic, including strong initiative and excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. The ability to establish and maintain meaningful relationships is also key, as is a good level of IT literacy
